I'm having a Posthumous Master's Challenge crisis - 6 days to go, tick, tick - does that count? :) Sorry to hear about the boiler, Andi.

Caught up with some commenting, but lots more to go. Who knows when I'll have more images to post...

I will say one more thing though, I've enjoyed this challenge so far and am bowled over by the interest, participation, and even, appreciation it got. I'd like to invite all of you, and any lurkers out there watching the antics in this thread over the month, to join me in another Pinhole/Zone Plate side challenge in April 2009. This will nicely coincide with Worldwide Pinhole Day. Of course I'll post a "call to arms" thread closer to that month, but I hope all of you will be up for another lensless go 'round! Heck, it might even allow the lurkers enough time to get primed and ready with pinholes of their very own. ;)

I agree. This was great fun once I got up and running. I've been following World Pinhole Day off and on for awhile. It would be great fun to enter.

This has most definately been the most fun I've ever had without a lens ;) Just 5 more shots to dream up lol.

This was not a good idea, tis freezing here, new boiler arrives tomorrow and standing in front of an oscillating fan in what feels like -1 is no fun.

LOL! Andi, you're nuts. :-)

My obligatory bird shot. These aren't seagulls; they are pigeons perched on a railing on the wharf. I imagine they are observing an avian version of the three mile limit.

Ecce Signum asked if these pinholes are hand held. Most of them are. Pinholes seem to be amazingly forgiving, probabaly because of the build-in fuzz factor. I find that if I really try, I can get a decent hand held shot up to around 1.5 seconds.

Am guessing the 'pussy' shot gets the most views ;)

Well, thats it, 30 pinhole shots in 30 days. Many thanks to Karen for starting all this, its really made me think about my photography. And, of course, thanks for all the comments folks :)

And, just to test my new skill have submitted a pinhole to an upcoming challenge so will try and prove Steve right....

Well, I just ordered my new (and first!) DSLR. And, ironically, one of the things I'm most eager to try is pinhole/zone plate. Your side challenge inspired me, and I've been lurking (and occasionally commenting) since the get go. Of course, I'm too late for the side challenge, but maybe some other opportunity will present itself.

Good stuff everyone!

I'll put you on my list so you will be contacted about the April challenge, Brian. Hope to see you then!

Brian, congrats on your move up to dSLR (and instant move down to pinhole lol). No need to wait until April as there are a few regular pinhole/zoneplate challenge submitters and I'm sure Karen will keep these threads going to encourage us all ;)
