I just want to make sure I fully understand the editing rules for basic editing. I can use the adjustments provided to me from, say, Lightroom as long as I am not spot-editing?
In other words, would it be okay if my edits are through the Lightroom Develop settings (i.e. Exposure, Recovery, Fill Light, Blacks etc' etc'...) or would that cause a disqualification?

You can use the Lightroom Develop settings but don't use anything with the lens correction/vignetting part. And if you use a Lightroom preset or template, make sure you check for vignetting as well. |

Yes, thanks Melthia! I am a new convert to Lightroom and do not know what I can and cannot use in it for processing in basic or Advanced.
Basic Editing: So I can use anything and everything in the Basic panel - except lens correction / vignetting.
Advanced Editing: any of Matt's presets including edge darkening (??)
