Hey,
Any texans or near by folks interested in a San Antonio River Walk night shoot?
It's all dressed up with lights now and just waiting for us. We could meet some where central and then have dinner and snap away.
Thoughts? |

| You could all take turns sharing the same tripod ... since there shouldn't be any other DQ requests, you can keep the Site Council amused trying to figure out who's trying to submit the same photo to multiple accounts ... |

I had planned on getting there for this holiday season but I'm not sure when it is going to be.
The hard part is trying to get in when the crowd is not so bad. I shot some this summer on a Saturday night and the crowd was terrible. I barely had room to set up my tripod and snap a real quick shot without my camera ending up in the river :)
That is one of the best photo ops ever.
I need to work out a time with our sons.
Sure sounds like a nice idea!

Of course during the week is best, the weekends are a zoo for sure.
I work at home so it's not a problem for me, but know it is for folks with "real" jobs.
The less traveled arms of the river are great for shooting, some aren't as massively decorated but still nice ops. |

I love San Antonio. Being from Houston its my favorite short vacation.(Just a day or two.)
I cant make it this time, maybe another. |

Im going to be in San Antonio around Dec 17th and 18th, Im not sure if I can make to the river walk or not, will be visiting some friends who just moved there
