Looking for pointers/ advice about canvas prints.
I want to do a large print, on canvas. Probably at least 16x20 or larger.
I'm currently confused by mounting options, the stretching process, and also finishing processes. I'm wanting to have it mounted on a frame, probably about a 2 inch deep edge on a wooden frame, with full image bleed around the edges.
Anyone have good pointers on care, handling and mounting of canvas prints (rather than preping canvas for painting) |

I too have a client requesting a rush job of one of my prints on canvas.
Thanks.

As far as I know it is done in any GOOD printshop, at least over here in Germany. There are heaps of customers who want them to be done on canvas, so we just send the files to the print shop and have them done. Takes 2 days here. Lookes too old fashioned to me, but some people still want to have them :-)
cheers
