In no way does this come close to being like what is presented here, but this was the first shot I took with my camera...
My first shot
I came right from the store, got out of the car, walked over to the neighbors roses, and figured out how to take a macro shot.

this is one of my fav shots that i've taken ... my now fiance gives me roses once in a while and of course i have to take a photo :)
