Taken at Jetty Park which is located along the same waterway as Port Canaveral, FL. I was here with my parents to watch the three big cruise liners sail off to sea around sunset. This one is the Disney Wonder which sails for 4 days to the Bahamas and back. Quite a large ship.
Fullsize ~250KB @ 1200x783
I was quite happy with the 10D noise level at ISO 800 :D
Post processing included an Unsharp Mask and saturation/contrast boasts. I also removed some people that had their heads in the way of my shot as well as a bouy that was sitting next to the ship.
Camera Make/Model: Canon EOS-10D

Aperture Value: F 5.6
ISO Speed: 800
Exposure Bias: EV 0.0
Flash Used: Flash Not Fired

I saw this boat dock in Key West, FL. I was amazed at the size of it...It was massive. Great photo!! I will also never forget it playing the disney theme on what sounded like a loud horn or bells as it docked. |
