No. Freakin. Way.
I had to go through my old vacation pics to be sure that someone hadn't inexplicably stolen my 'work.'
I took this with my Sony P&S last summer in Shanghai. Hong Kong Plaza, 16th floor, outside the Mandarin Chinese school "iMandarin." My hatred of on-camera flash ironically made this one worse than the one you found.
