//www.bhphotovideo.com is pretty good. I just ordered a new CF card from //www.cdw.com also. Prices are good at both places.

Also, if you know which brands to stay away from (I don't), you might be able to find competitive prices on good memory with no shipping charges on Amazon.

I've found good deals on memory through 2 outlets.
The first is an outlet store where you can purchase the memory directly from them.

The second is an evaluation site where you can find links to many different memory (and hardware) producers. The producers must post their prices to this site and you must have an idea what you're looking for (like size and type -- 256mb CF).

I buy from newegg.com and buy.com, unless I can get a good coupon for Dell peripherals. Look at //www.xpbargains.com and watch for deals from Dell, especially "Stackable" coupons on top of a sale.
Last time I bought a 256 MB Sandisk compact flash card for about $30 after rebates and discounts (from Dell). Including shipping (free).

Try to add a stackable to an existing sale (that's what stackable means, you can use multiple at a time.)
