No matter the surrounding circumstances which are certainly none of my business as a member of the DPC Peanut Gallery, I for one...will miss that photo and certainly look forward to many more by one of DPC's treasured photogs.

I found it, which is why I said nevermind. I was looking for stars next to the photo itself, lol. Not the name of the photo in the challenge list.

I tried. I got up early one morning, went to a field of horses I found and they just wouldn't cooperate. No galloping in mist. No rearing back on two legs. No kicking up dust while showing off their sweating flanks. It was about the sorriest lot of horse models I'd ever seen. They just hogged the shade and kept their heads down eating. What a bunch of prima donnas...

As far as Jorge. I know he is an absolute perfectionist and he will self-DQ a shot he simply doesn't like. During DPL he was threatening to self-DQ this shot because he didn't like it and it was going to show up in his top 5:

For the record that would be a self-DQ on a 7.8. The man doesn't care a whit about his score, he's a slave to his vision only.

The image "Two Ladies" was made for the Horse(s) challenge and thereâ��s nothing wrong with it. Itâ��s perfectly legal with the advanced editing rules. You know, Iâ��m not a newbie at DPC challenges ;)
As soon as the challenge begun I asked a self DQ (middle of the week), and just relaxed cause I though the image would disappear at rollover. It was a great surprise when I saw the image at top 5 this morning. Then I just sent a message to the SC reminding my request for self DQ, and in a few seconds the image just disappeared as it was my wish.
Iâ��m sorry. I promise to be more active (entering the challenges and being with this wonderful community) as soon as my free time will let me.

Uhhhmmmm...well if they're not very big rocks and you're not pelting them too hard...personally I prefer a lump of dried mud. It'll still travel far, and land in nice puff of dirt/dust that will get the attention of any horse worth its salt. That's how I got my big black horse to look where I wanted.

In all honesty, during the challenge, I thought this one was your entry...

A Dr Achoo shot - You flatter me . .

But I can assure you there were no ladybugs in this picture - not even in the heather ;- )
