Even though you may not be a landscape photographer yourself, you will no doubt agree that some of your best work has probably been the result of inspiration.
From time to time, I discover a photographer whose work is simply awesome. As many other people, I was originally inspired by Ansel Adams. Over time, however, I've been lucky enough to discover some others. My most recent 'discovery' is Brian Kosoff. Originally a still-life photographer, he now concentrates on landscape. I can only dream of ever being able to produce work like that, but what it does do is encourage me to try.
As fellow artists, I encourage you to look around and see what's possible in this medium of ours. With any luck you might find some inspiration too.
Ron.

I find myself pushing the color on a lot of my landscapes -- thanks for a great reminder to look at black and white options for those. |
