I want to say that's Fred. But I haven't seen him for a long time, so I can't be certain. |

I think it might be a Buff Orpington...the ones I've seen look like what the Wookies might have had as chickens, if Wookies had chickens! They are friggin' immense in size, look as hairy as a chicken can look, are dual-purpose bird, English in origin. Though in this case this one isn't buff (colour) but could also be an outcross. |

You're all wrong. The scientific name for this rooster is:
Bigassus cockkickassus |

I found it! Note the comparisons! And, I'll bet he keeps his feathers numbered too! |

Silver leghorn?
I could be a cross breed also, having characteristics of two or even three. What else is in the yard with him?

I would have to agree with this post. Note the size of the comb on the top of the head compared to the other breeds. I would have thought this was a hen, but then when you see the hen of the Brahams, she has nearly no comb. Your bird also has those fancy feathers around the feet while I do not see that in the other posts except for Cochins. However, those Cochins appear to be a more compact bird with a larger comb.

Harry! Come home now!
No reason why buying a pack of cigarettes should take you 3 months.
