I'm just about out of portfolio space and recall seeing something a while back about buying more space, but I can't find anything. Does anybody know how to get more? |

Normally the time to purchase additional portfolio space is when you renew your membership. If you are a ways away from doing that, drop Langdon a line and he will help you out. Use the Help > contact us > administrative inquiry. |

That explains why I can't find it now. Thanks. |

I sent an administrative inquiry 14 days ago and general inquiry 2 days ago but no response to either. So how can I buy more space? I really don't want to wait until March when I renew! |

Is there any other way to get a membership without needing a credit card? |

Go to FAQ and look down until you get to the link that asks about the subscription page. You should be able to upgrade/renew from there. Click on the 25.00 a year thing and it drops down a selection where you can choose how much space you want from there. You will have to renew another year from the date you do it to add on the port space, but it can be done :) I am currently running odd space/membership renewals but it's not too bad LOL!
Good luck :)

Yes. You can use paypal.
If none of the current options work for you, you can send an admin enquiry from the help/contact us page and Langdon will work something out with you.

Just to be clear about this, my membership renewal will still be in March (as opposed to today) but my extra portfolio will extend a year from today? |

I did the upgrade and chose the 450mb option. My portfolio has updated membership date and states 50mb update, yet I have no additional space. |

You don't have XXX of 1000mb used in the bottom left hand corner of your portfolio upload page? It may just take a little while to go through.
Yes, your extended portfolio space will last till august of next year. |

It's 49.6 of 50mb used, just like the last two weeks. :(
Yep, my "extended" portfolio says that it will expire next August, but hopefully it's a year from when I actually get it.
Thanks for the help Johnna. |

Try sending a PM to a few SC members and tell 'em you sent in tickets. I don't know whether they have anything to do with portfolio space, but they can send a note to Langdon for you.

Not a problem! Happy to help. Give it a couple hours then send in a ticket if it doesn't get done :)

Just use the Help > Contact Us > Administrative Inquiry option when you create a ticket, and it will go directly to Langdon:

I send a PM directly to Langdon, so hopefully he'll be able to take care of it soon. I'm guessing it's due to the site update a couple weeks ago. If not I'm calling on Art to bring his torch. |
