Universe is finite I think we need to reconsider the infinite challenge winner - it's off topic!

A conclusion akin to the pancake theory of the dark ages: also a finite universe.
I can only hope that such view does not prompt us to cease speculating about that which encompasses the universe. If you have ever been hit in the head by a soccer ball, you might find it advantageous to have recourse. ;-)

| I've always found it puzzling that the word universe, which means, basically, everything everywhere, has been contorted to allow concepts like a finite universe and multiple/parallel/alternate universes. Seems like kind of an oxymoronic concept. But then, I'm not real deep into quantum physics, so what do I know... |
