Hey everyone, my lawn shot is sitting at 6.2+ right now so I'm happy with that. I thought it would be great to get around 5.5, so I'm thrilled. Great work Jack and nice pep talk in your post, you brought me to tears. I do better I promise. Maybe it's time to employ the services of mt actor family and shoot something fresh and new. I have something in mind, I just have to talk my wife into it and get my kids to work with me and not goof off.

Lets go team. We can do it. After all, we are CANADIAN!!

Thanks guys/gals. It's all for the team.

Alright MAX!, that will help our average for sure. We may have our best week yet.

Tomorrow morning i'm going to try to get my arse up really early and get some foggy, misty, rainy morning shots in as a first try. I also want to try other stuff like what a person looks like very early before coffee, shower and all that. I just need a model....actor person. hmm moi? No Way! lol I'll be shooting for evenings too but have no idea what.

Sunrises are soooooo much easier in the winter since they happen around 9:30am. At least the days are getting shorter now so sunrise is around 5:45.

Just came up with a great idea for the morning shot and ran it by my family, they love it so we'll shoot it this weekend. It's going to be fun :)

Good luck team Canada. I actually could've stayed on the team and got some really good shots. My flight to Australia is today and my brother is bringing a laptop with us so I could've had access to enter. (That is to say if there was an internet connection at the hotel)

Dropping, crap. At least I'm above what I thought it would score, but since it's hovering around 6 it would've been nice to see it stay there.

It's ok, the weekend voters haven't spoken yet. They usually make my score rise, hope it does yours. We're going to have a good score next week, 3 of us are near 6, so far.

I should have saved the shot for a fallen entry, it would seem that the voters won't be happy until I have fallen below my average. (sigh)

I think I'm in for my worst score ever. I wish that the Olympics would allow for Advanced scores as well...instead of just the basic. Oh well...

I agree but as long as we have registered users in the olympics, we can't. I think only 3 registered users are participating this year, maybe next year we can modify the rules to allow for advanced editing challenges. I'm sick of BE too.

Maybe we'll get a nice surprise and Langdon will throw in an Open Advanced Editting Challenge for one of the weeks of the challenge. (not that it helps me much...even advanced editting can only do so much!...lol)

Well I managed to get my arse out of bed for 3am this am for a morning shoot but it didnt turn out how I wanted but I should have a mid to high 5's at least entry for it...
