Just saw this amazing artist whose craft in balloon art is incredible! His dA name is Balonmania
Did you ever think inflated balloons could be crafted into a dress? Here are some amazing photos.

| I watched a program where I am pretty sure it was Japan, that they have these huge fashion shows all about ballons and how they make them into dresses etc etc |

Yep, googled japan balloon dress and there were quite a few hits including this one in which the first pic showing the process Twisted Balloon Fashion
Still it is amazing. .....
