After seeing another similar thread, if anyone would care to critique my new & updated web site please feel free to do so.
This newer version went live last week, and what better place to get some feedback than my beloved DPCers who hold no punches and throw many bones.

Oh wait - I found it - next to Latest news it says see desin portal - but shouldn't it be up at the top too?

Very nice layout! I agree with emorgan about the back button. I was searching for one too. Also, the word "view" under the pictures are not clickable. Not sure if it's just not working or if you intended it that way but I first tried to click on "view" and then just clicked on the pictures when that didn't work.
Edit: Thanks emorgan. I see it now too. I would like it near the top and/or bigger too. I never even seen it.

I like the site very much! I am surprised at how fast I was able to view pictures and all of the albums even for dialup. It was very well layed out! Make me a site, (kidding)

i think on the main page - the 'think design' could be done a bit nicer - seems kind of harsh to take up the majority of the main page.
given the theme of the site in general.
if its done in flash try a different font type...
some are finnicky with pixelating the edges
loads fast, not bad...

What have you done?!
I had your old site bookmarked as I was bowled over by it several months ago when you first joined. I really did think it was exceptional, and highlighted your skills very effectively.
The new design leaves me cold, and does not stand out to me in the same way as your old one.
I'm sad to see it go.

Thanks for comments thus far. I agree 100% about the link back - I didn't realise at all so have added a temp area on each homepage until I figure a nicer way to do it.
The site loading fast means a lot to me so very happy that others seem to find that also.
The text on homepage is not flash, just text (again faster loading) I am getting someone to make a nice simple flash intro or anim so it's just another temp thing.
As for the "disturbing name all over the images" well that's work protection. been ripped off to many times - even by some milti-million dollar companies. people like stealing images, I used to do it myself ;)

i know actionscript quite well - using scripting will keep flash files to a minimum - my URL is 100% scripted flash.
( the site as a whole is an evolving work in progress)
i work cheap too ;}

Noooooooooooo, please don;t say that!! ;) ;)
I had to chaage it due to many people saying they couldn't see the tumbnails clear enough - being that they were about 12x12 pixels I had to agree and bow into them being that they pay my wages.
My last site I liked better too, but it wasn't attractive to old business men sitting in their offices. So I redesigned it to be more plain and 'cold'
Selling out basicly ;(
