Who set sail for a country named Zingo
But when he got there
He met a lady...quite bare
Who improved his Fortune by teaching him...Bingo!
Well, that's my naughty limerick for today (not alot rhymes with "Gringo")

Sher, you are just the most thoughtful friend anyone could ever hope for. Thank you for the birthday party and just for being you!!! I always think about you when I see there are storms and floods in your area and I always wish you well through them. I sometimes think that rainbow must end at your front door.
I catch myself watching over many of my favorite friends here at DPC. I look up the profile pages to make sure they are still actively posting and commenting if I know they are living close to some of the dangers that this old world can dish out from time to time.
DPC is truly an amazing community of good, warm hearted, wonderful people from every corner of the planet. I kinda think Langdon and Drew should be nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize for their accomplishments at bringing the world together here.
I really haven’t ever celebrated my birthday or ever made a big deal of it. This is the second year in a row where I didn’t even remember it was my own birthday until I checked my email. Todayâ€Â¦ I received almost 70 emails from DPC friends around the world wishing me a great day. Wow! I am humbled beyond words.
Some of you have grown to be my closest friends in this world. I really am fortunate to be surrounded by such good friends. Some of you I’ve had the true pleasure of meeting in person. I am looking forward to meeting the rest of you as time goes by.
Joe, I do plan to go shooting with you in the very near future.
Judi – Keep on keep’en onâ€Â¦. Your work is inspiring.
Sue, you are physically on the other side of the world from hereâ€Â¦.. it doesn’t seem that far, does it? Thank you for the good wishes today! And every day – back at-cha!
Lesleyâ€Â¦.. umâ€Â¦. “Stud” huh? (hehehehe) Have you seen my picture? You’ve made my day, of course, but if the truth were known, They put this old horse out to pasture many years ago.
Jeb – Your work is showing your talent. You are well on your way to that big break! Thank you for the well wishes today.
Ray! – You knowâ€Â¦. There is a bugs bunny cartoon where the mad scientist managed to get “Ethier” all over the roomâ€Â¦Ă˘€Â¦. It makes me think thatâ€Â¦ if an interesting monster can’t have an interesting hair-do, I don’t know what will be. (hehehe, ok, that was a little out there), butâ€Â¦Ă˘€Â¦ what are friends for, huh? Cheers to one of my favorite people.
Shezâ€Â¦Ă˘€Â¦ You are the best cheer-leader that DPC has. You really are a special person and one I am glad to have as a friend.
Maracâ€Â¦. Your work is always inspiring. I look up to you not only as a photographer, but as a friend. It’s good to know you.
BARBARA! You’ve made my day many times through the years. You always have a kind word and encouraging thought. One of these days I do hope we can meet up and shoot all that old stuff together. I look forward to it.
JRTodd & of course, Bob, - I thought you were living in Utahâ€Â¦. Your old cars, trains and rock formation images from that region are some of my favorite here at DPC. I hope Florida is being good to you.
