OK. I̢۪m new. I̢۪ll take your advice. Or keep some of my opinions to myself. I don̢۪t want to get anyone upset.

Everyone interprets pictures differently. I usually push the boundaries of a challenge. I like to get comments weather good or bad and usually going off topic will sure get them. This site is all for fun and for folks to take lots of pictures, thats how we all learn.Maybe a 1 or a 2 is good to round of that picture from all of the 10`s it also recieved, LOL.

I keep seeing the same question, week after week:

"Why did get 1s and 2s?"

The answer is clear, it is part of the natural pattrern of voting. For Konador's "love" pic, which was the latest example, a statistical analysis shows the voting pattern was, yet again, incredibily normal, with a correlation coefficient (r^2)of 0.992. The 1s and 2s are there because they should be, given the voting pattern.
It's actually the very rare photo that would not be expected to generate 1s and 2s.
Yes, there are some photos that generate such intense disagreement that they do not fit the expected voting patterns. Usually these are controversial, for one reason or another.
I wish we could stop complaining about something that is a part of "life on DPC."
