My photo was picked for Kodak POTD. I took this image on the north side of the Grand Canyon. There was a forest fire that went on for miles. I ask my husband to stop so I could take some pics, but he said that it was too ulgy to take pictures. I just to some through the window as we drove by.

Big congrats to you, and also to your husband. If he had stopped you would not have submitted the motion blurred image for the Kodak POTD. The colors and feel of motion make the shot infer that there is much more than what is actually in the photo.

LOL, we know... but I can't imagine you have to put your foot down too often. With a girl as gorgeous as yourself, there's nothing too ugly to stop for. A better solution for me would be to just be in the driver's seat in the first place.

Worked out well for Linda. Love the shot!

Thanks everyone for your comments. My husband is a wonderful man and supports my addiction. (photography) Looking back on it, MelonMusketeer is right. If he had stopped I would not have shot on the fly. Funny how things work out!
