The $500 in Alabama is a bit excessive. If they think that photographers are ruining the grass, why don't they put a keep off the lawn sign and then fine people who don't follow that rule? Sometimes I feel like God already gave away all the common sense in the world and I'm slowly running into the people who didn't get any.

why can't they just make a definitive set of rules and have everyone in the ENTIRE U.S.A. follow them?? It would make life SO much easier!!!
