I did an engagement session yesterday for the couple whose wedding I will be doing in June. I only had an on-camera flash for any extra lighting. Although there are some that I don't like as much, I'm pretty happy with the set. I would appreciate any feedback, as this is my first engagement session (other than the one I did for my daughter.)

Jon & Adrienne Thanks for any comments!

They were great to work with - I even locked my keys in my car and they were very good natured about the extra wait time. We were shooting at a cemetary in Cincinnati, about 45 minutes from me. A very large place, so we were driving from location to location. His keys and cell phone were also in my car :( My hubby came and rescued us, but I suppose it did give us some time to get to know each other!)

Nice set of shots....I like 44 and 15 best. Some of the poses, they look 'uncomfortable' in....but I'm sure they will be VERY happy!

Well, they've seen them and really like them - so I guess they've passed the most important test.

For anyone who takes a few moments to leave a comment here or on one at Pbase (in this gallery) I will be happy to return a comment in your portfolio here. Thanks!

Judy,

These are just lovely...I think the young couple will be very happy with what you've done. I particularly like 31, 16, 23, 8, 20, 3, and 5. Lighting and color look very good in most of them. Can't wait to see the wedding shots in June! :)

Laurie and Tim,

Thanks very much! Laurie, I also like #20. It will be interesting to see which ones they pick.
