| shareinnc, you seem to make a habit of talking about your entries in the forums while the voting is still open. At least in this one instance someone figured out which photo is yours, and you had to ask them to remove their post. It's just common sense to see that forum posting about your entries, and puting them on other sites, while the challenge results are not final, compromises the integrity of the competition for all of us. I would appreciate it greatly if you would please try to wait until the voting is finished. Thank you. |

Yes, I did send you that message thinking that whatever personal problem you seemed to have with me might be solved off the boards. You, instead, decided to bring it here. I've reported it to the site council/owners as I don't know how else to deal with what is becoming a personal attack.

Was there a personal attack in there? I don't see it. All I see is some good advice. He's simply pointing out that you gave away your photo entry and you should be more careful. He's polite about it too! As for posting what was said to him, I think he just wants to point out that despite being polite in his request he received a nasty, almost childish, response.

Nobody here needs to see what is being sent privately from one user to another. This kind of action is extremely innapropriate and in poor taste.
This is a Rant section and everyone has the right to say how they feel as long as it is done in a civil manner. This post is becoming uncivil and may likely need to be stopped if it get's any worse.
Let's just have a group hug and try to support each other rather then fight each other.

I meant to come back to this and find out which photo was so unfairly judged that you had to post this message.
Well, now I can give my opinion ;)
I think the image was ok, a bit to heavy on the pumpkin shadow with only the top showing lacks interest. And the intersting shadow (the green) isn't lareg enough.
I thought it was nice and that your score was fair.
Think it would have done much better in the 24hr haloween challenge, but you weren't to know that ;)
