I've been thinking off and on about getting an LCD frame to show pictures on - anyone have any good or bad experiences with these ?

I wanted to wait until all the bugs were out :)

Our oldest son bought one.

When I send him certain photos he says if he stands up it can see it all if he sets down he can't see hardly anything?

LOL

I told him to remain standing :)

Other than that I do not know Gordon.
Explain why he sees what he does?

The cheaper the LCD display, the narrower the viewing angle usually i.e., you have to be straight in front of it to see it at its best and as you move away from that 90 degree angle, it gets harder to see anything.

Usually more expensive screens are more tolerant to that angle (unless you want it for basic security - e.g., a laptop on a plane or something)
