Here is a part of the "grace" definition from www.dictionary.com
"Seemingly effortless beauty or charm of movement, form, or proportion"
Would you consider different shapes to be grace? I thought since form was part of the defintion, maybe shapes that are pleasing and soothing to the eye may be acceptable.
Thanks, Dan

That was my first though when I saw the challenge. A soft folding in a curtain or the curve of a piece of ribbon expresses grace for me. Hey. And you don't need a model! |

At this point, anything I see in the grace challenge, I'm voting on as meeting the challenge. Just way too broad of an interpretation for me. Everyone starts with a 5 and will only lose points if their picture is really dull or out of focus or ugly. Or of a cat. J/K. Sort of. |

I guess I'll know it when I see it:) I think living things and inanimate objects can appear graceful. It'll be interesting to see what people will submit.

I view this as one of several possible definitions, a good one at that. Etymologically, there is a wealth of visually appealing choices, from the L. gratus, which suggests an origin relating thankfulness to Skt. desire, yearning, most of which would be lost on those voting with prejudice. |

It had better have some very nice curves!
Otherwise you will probably come out black and blue!

Certainly you think of a piece of furniture as graceful, for instance.
