Adobe has released an update to Adobe Camera RAW, bringing it up to version 4.4. Adobe has also released an update to Lightroom, bringing it to version 1.4.

Both updates include support for RAW files from nine new cameras, including the Canon EOS 450D (Rebel XSi) and Nikon D60. There is also a fix for the poor results when choosing extreme tint and temperature values.

Additionally, there are changes is compatibility with older printer drivers in the Mac version of Photoshop Lightroom when run in OS X 10.5 or higher.

- Camera Raw 4.4 for Windows
- Camera Raw 4.4 for Mac

- Photoshop Lightroom 1.4 for Windows
- Photoshop Lightroom 1.4 for Mac

Heads-up... this from the Adobe Update page:

"Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 1.4 update
The Lightroom 1.4 update has been temporarily removed from the Adobe.com web site in order to allow time for additional investigation into several bugs that were discovered after the update was released. At this time, we recommend uninstalling Lightroom 1.4 and installing Lightroom 1.3.1."

Glad I didn't see the thread until it had been pulled ;OP

Wow... Must have been bad for Adobe to pull it :roll: I always wait a bit for Adobe updates (not as long as Micro$oft updates though)....

Yeah, no software company is immune to bugs. :-(
