Huey, the white front amazon. He likes to fiddle with my eyebrows and my ears while I relax in my easy chair.
It's been a very busy week with lots of news the last few days in my family. After being in 4 different hospitals over the last few months, they found and repaired an internal bleeding problem with my dad in law, and though cancer was suspected, none was found. He is 81 so we were worried.
My sister was in the hospital for about a day, but they said that it was just temporary vertigo and sent her home ok.
This gallery Arts for A C T Is presenting a month long exhibit of images by my late brother Oscar Thompson, Oscar Thompson Photography and art by my niece Tracie Thompson, Tracie Thompson's Art , and my nephew Doug Thompson's images. Doug Thompson Photography The exhibit opened last night, so we made an evening of the opening and dinner after.
And, last and least, one of my Feb 20 lunar eclipse photos is 3x4 on the back page of the local 16 page weekly news in color : )

Day 8 - I had to get some food for a macro. Luckily a friend gave me some home grown limes the other day and viola, I had to attempt a backlit lime macro.
