Any tips on flipping around the lens to take Macro shots? It's a tad difficult to try and hold the lens opposite to the camera body and try and control the camera while I take the shot. Also does anyone have any tips for keeping dust out as well?

Aren't there special rings that allow you to screw it on back to front. A tripod would also help so that you aren't having to hold unnecessary things.

You likely want one of these:

Reversing Coupler

Not sure what mm size your lens is.

I posted my experience on this a while back. Before I got the reversing ring, I used tape to hold the lenses together and a tripod - or better yet, a stack of CD's to hold the camera still. If you hand-hold the camera of the second lens, it's far too shaky.
