Looks like  EstimatedEyes may have an easy run this week if the voting keeps up like these initial ones. Thought I had a good one. I may have been sorely mistaken. |

Still way early and I'm expecting a tough fight this week ... tho the early voters at least have been somewhat kind

Just a few interesting anecdotes about round 1:
Highest scoring losers:
MaryO and Ecce Signum (I swear Andi gets hosed every tourney) 6.26
Lowest scoring winner (that wasn't against a no-show):
Estimated Eyes 5.12
Closest match:
levyj vs. thegrandwazoo 5.31 - 5.28
Enzo tourney ribbon winners: 2 (tourneys always seem to bring out the best in people) (EDIT: Whoops, the member ribbons didn't count)

Snotty....only you and I ribboned from the tournament. The Reflections without Mirrors is not in the tourney as it is a Members Challenge.

I can't believe I have Crusty on my profile page and still didn't advance! Crusty took a heck of a last-minute bounce, too, or benefitted from scrubbing, neither of which I would expect for a guy made of bread ;-)

Yup, beaten with a 6.26 score! Mind thats not as bad as losing to MAK with a 6.7343 the other week.
Congrats to all the 1st round winners and congrats to all the 1st round losers, am sure we can all call ourselves winners with this worthy contest :) |

Thanks Erik, it was a pleasure competing against you. I don't mind fund raising, especially when it's for Enzo. I'm off to the Baltic Sea for a couple of days holiday as of tomorrow, so I hope I get some ideas for the coming round while I'm away. |
