Yeah, that's what I meant ;-) Should come up for a vote any day now ...

Actually, there was a recent announcement of some new laws which may apply only in Los Angeles County, but it didn't show up in my initial search.

I remember an interview discussing the economy built around just Britney Spears alone. One magazine (Ok, Hello, something like that) has 10 full time staff, purely dedicated to Britney Spears stories and photos.

Out of 120ish covers the magazine has had (its a new publication) around 60 had Britney Spears on it.
