I informed US customs and they were lubing up their gloves in anticipation.

I looked up the info for your flight home. It's a smaller plane with no room for carry-on baggage, so you're going to have to give your gear to the baggage handlers and let them toss it in the cargo hold. Don't worry, I'm sure they'll be careful.... reeeally caaareful.

Mr_Pants kindly loaned me his Pelli case so no problems there matey, thanks for your concern..
BLOODY LOOOOOOOOONG FLIGHT, & I DO mean LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG! jet lag has set in, it's 5.50AM and I'm thinking about going to the beech already

slaakso lives somewhere on the islands. He is on line a lot. If you PM him, he may like to have lunch or tell you about some good photo spots on the island that only locals would know about.
Have a good time, and enjoy the weather there.

Jet Lag is a good thing if you are able to hit the beach at 6AM. I always figure out what time of day it will be when and where I land which determains if I sleep or not on the flight. It is usually the return trip that sets me off schedule for 3-4 days. Especially when the international time line is crossed, That can really mess things up.
