It seems your comment is pretty much like what everyone else got. Mindless, no thought, and ver y short sighted opinion. She has nothing to say, and obviously is a TOTALLY literal type of person. Not too much upstairs, either, IMO. Don't sweat any of it. This just feeds the trolls is all.

Total comment was "not really urban"... I was gonna PM her and ask how it could NOT be urban but after looking at her profile and comments and avg. score I decided it wasn't worth the effort of pushing down all those keys... |
Oh please do pm her. Let me tell you how she justifies it. She will pm you back with some chose words and then the defination of the word urban as defined by Webster. Believe me she spent more time in copy and pasting from Webster for the reply I got than she did in all 38 comments she had left as of this morning. LOL oh heck I dare you to pm her and ask her how it could not be urban. |
I had to wait till after work as I'm not supposed to use the DSL there (Yeah right, I can check my scores at broadband speeds :-P) but did as you suggested. If it's really bad I'll just forward it to the DPC Gods for review and potential lightning bolts!!!

Since we're on the subject....I don't know if its phantomemma that you're talking about...but I find some, if not MOST, of her comments offensive. And there's PLENTY of foul language in her comments. Site council? |

There was 1 case of foul language (used in a positive comment), but none of the other comments use foul language. They didn't seem all that offensive either.

I did notice that many of her comments were rude even if partially helpful, and occasionally inane, but I only saw one instance of "profanity."
In the land of the free, people have to be left free to make fools of themselves, too. Her comments are signed. If they are idiotic, then they'll be ignored. If they raise a valid point, then they're useful, even if poorly phrased. |

Actually Clay was a talented ladd...A bit gross maybe.
but I kind of miss him and his since of humor.
quote=Clay " my predictions did not come true.
its just a picture of a shoe.
rotated to the left, just for you.
it kind of pixelated when i adjusted the hue.
im banned from the forums, still emotionally blue."
oh heck, I can't get the thumb to work... if someone wants to fix it?

If we are going to berate people for their cyber-grammar, could we please give some consideration for the enochiophobic exclamation mark. It doesn't like hanging out in groups and much prefers being alone.
Less is more, particularly in this case !

Well after several days, I got a reply from the 'troll' and was quite surprised by it. It was well put together and made sense to me unlike the original comment placed on my photo!
The reply was this "It wasn't as dynamic as other submissions with less emphasis on the "urban"... urban landscape doesn't mean urban+landscape... it means a landscape formed by urban things.. buildings etc"
If they would have said something like that originaly I wouldn't have commented here at all!!!
