Varying comments. Seems a couple feel it is too dark, while others said the exposure is spot on...interesting. Monitor issues ya think?

Of course it's dark. It was the middle of the night right? ;) I think it looks like what you envisioned when you took the pic.

LOL - I've gotta do something to catch you, Peter. Your average is nearly a full tenth of a point above mine. Naturally, once I posted, my score fell to 6.833. Hopefully that trend won't continue!
Edit to add:  mpeters does the dancing cucumber mean you are over 7?

I've had need of those thingys as well!
voted 100% and trying to leave comments on both ends of the spectrum. Overall impressed...the highs may not be extremely high but the lows certainly weren't very low! |

Yahoo!! I am close to 10 comments... that was my goal, that and 5 favorites (kind of a ways off on that one). Still perplexed that 170 people would view my shot and not vote but not a thing to do about that. Perhaps I'll be happy so many people want to see it :-) Yea - that's it, I'll do that - LOL and..... I am still hanging in at a 6+ which is my goal for this contest. This is my first contest on here and I think I would have picked a different photo in hindsight - seeing what other's entered. But alas, it is what it is!

What is really pissing me off is my Best of 2002 is beating my Best of 2007!! I had a Fuji DX10 and the shot scored 5.8!
Now I am looking at a 5.5 with a DSLR? |
