| score is doing average, but the comments are shooting off the roof. outta 40 votes I have 9 comments. :Even if my score doesnt do well I guess my goal will be the highest comments :) |

Nah.... it's nowhere near a winning score... or even a top 20 or 30. but its still pretty cool. It could wint the most faves I've gotten during a challenge tho.

I entered this one because it was a personal favorite although I never thought it will do this well, but fortunately the voters have mostly been nice with a shot that probably has NO wow factor!

Started well, but has been up and down most of the day. Currently 6.1 (which would certainly be a pb).

Crazy. I just saw what I think is yours in the challenge and requested validation on it, and then I stumble in here! It certainly wouldn't hurt to request validation yourself as well. |

I think it'll go up a bit. I knew this was not a subject that would be popular. It's personal favorite of mine even if it not have broad appeal. The comments ought to be interesting.

Happens quite frequently. Differing opinions are why it is so hard to get above a 6 and the ribbon winners normally only have scores in the 7's. |

I am new to this - this is my first challenge and I don't understand the views -vs- votes. I seem to have a lot of views and my votes are not as much. Is that bad? Can people just choose to not vote on your image when in the voting pool?
I am sure there is some easy logical explanation - and I will feel like a fool - but I'm asking anyway LOL

You have a thumbnail image that is interesting and people want to take a look. We have a lot of voters that go through and vote based on the thumbnail and it's apparent interest. Also, if you have an interesting thumbnail image, the non-voters will likely crowd to your image

| Okay thanks. I was kind of bummed thinking they saw the image and didn't think it warranted a vote ;-) I joined dpc awhile ago but have been to chicken to participate. Thank you for the clarification. |
