Well, I am on my 4th choice for best of 2007. I can't figure out what is my best shot. I have really clear and precise ones that are boring, I have interesting and lovely images that aren't perfectly focused, I have always some issue with anything I look at. Well, hopefully the last one will be my final choice. Anybody else struggling with trying to get an image that will not only please them, but also voters?

I am not very good so I only had one good image, my choice was easy, edited a couple of times and still may go back and overdo it...lol

Just like my post I need to re-edit

I didn't say they were good. That is why I am having so much trouble. I just don't want to get another 13% placement. I will be happy with 30%.

I kept having to change because I kept discovering I didn't have the orignal. D'oh!

I'm particularly bummed about this little guy who has sat in my workshop for five months.

I don't think that would have come in the Top 25, but I always liked it.

Entered one and never looked it back after it. might score 4.x or 5.x but ultimately that was the subject i wanted to enter, so it is in.

It would have still done pretty well. After seeing this image, I don't feel so bad about mine. I was trying for landscapes, but you know, landscapes have got to be the hardest to deal with. Too many have come before. Anyway, I am itching to start voting. I haven't done much voting lately, but I always vote 100% on Best of. Let's hope I can this year as well.

I had one I had been saving from April, but just didn't think it would do that well when all was said and done. Swapped today...having more thoughts about reverting to that April shot....agonising!

Kept editing and re-analyzing, but I finally decided and uploaded something. It's one I think is really good, but it probably does not have the broad appeal needed to come in high. Should at least get me some interesting comments.

I choose mine (one that I had in mind as I really like it)and spent a bit of time on PP. Submitted it and have gone back a couple of times to see if I still like it. YUP it can stay there!

None.. I looked at my pictures, and honestly I decided to put my LAST SHOT of the year for my best... not because others are bad, but this one is special too :)

I probably the only one who never changed the entry for Best of 2007?

Cheer up Doc. It's "cute" but it's a curiously flat image. I doubt it would have cracked top 50, let alone 35...

Heck, my best image won a blue ribbon in 2007. I had fifty other shots of the same subject but they all looked alike. I figured it wouldn't do well because lots of people would recognize it. :(

I've not had a lot of time to change my mind as I've only just memberised myself, but I love the shot I entered too much not to put it in there. If it doesn't do amazingly c'est la vie but I couldn't morally do it to myself to change it! You've got to be you, and this shot is all me ;-)

HA! I only have one to enter and it's not interesting enough, I'm sure. But...gotta give it a try. If I score at or above my average...I have made an attempt, lol! (Watch it get the brown...groan!) :P

I have known what I wanted to enter since the moment i saw it on my screen months ago. I have had second thoughts of changing it because I know it may be too subtle for the voters and I have been psyching myself up for the 5.3 for my favorite alltime shot. In the end the score doesn't matter though.

I am not sorry about the photo I put even though it's mid 5's... Honestly there wasn't one that would get around 6 :P
