No UK baby Pics?
It appears this was a mis-interpretation of the rules by a council person. Not being a resident of the UK, maybe someone from there could tell me just what a councilperson is??? Are they a government employee? Or are they part of a NGO? (Non Governmental Org) Are they paid, or are they volunteers? Just curious. I figure the article I read is a common attention getter and not much more. I'd probably not have even posted this if I'd seen it in the Sun. LOL.

Council is local government. Loosely equivalent of city government/ management in the US.
