Wow, I just looked and I see I've made over 1400 comments! Am I allowed to just grab the appropriate ribbon, or do you need to award it to me? I may also need a "comment whore" icon or smiley, or something like that.
Does 100% mean I comment on 100% of the challenge, or 100% of what I vote on?

100% of a specific challenge. You comment on all the entries in a challenge - copy and paste the statistics in this thread and Judi or Jon will 'award' a ribbon...

Oh my goodness apologies for having fallen a little behind on this
Firstly major congratulations to  HawkeyeLonewolf for completing 100% in the SP challenge. Its been a while since we gave out a 200+ ribbon. So It makes me very happy to say, here are your ribbons, just choose the one you would like from below and make sure, that if you choose the sparkly one you use the quoted text from this post to put it on your portfolio page. DO NOT put it in as a thumb or it will be distorted when you view it.
 
 NikonJeb Many congrats on completing your second 100% challenge, to answer your question, yes you do get another ribbon. You can actually link these to each challenge result if you want. (PM judior me for details of how to do this is you need to)
FocusPoint...Like London buses, you wait ages to give out on 200+ ribbon and then two come along at once. Many congratulations on your achievement in the SP challenge. Your ribbon is below

| I managed 100% comments on the automobile challenge too ... a lot easier when there's only 58 entries! Even so, its hard to find something worthwhile to say about every image in a challenge ... my hat's off to those who have managed to do so in the bigger challenges, and particularly in the Free Studies where you can't even address whether or not it fits the challenge! |

Steve I just wanted to add my congratulations. I appreciate that you have already got your ribbon but can I add that the comments that I have received from you in the last couple of challenges have been outstanding. Positive and very helpful as to issues where I could improve my shots, exactly what I think the 100% comment club should be all about....Oh and by the way the same is true on the comment you left for my daughter in the wabi sabi challenge which I know she really appreciated

A comment on my comments, cool!
Thanks for the positive words. I was initially leery of being critical of others stuff, since my own are often lacking. But, I have found this is what this site is all about and the comments are welcomed and appreciated here, even if they are not positive remarks. The biggest thing it is doing for me is that having to analyze others photos for what works and doesn't is improving my own. |
