These were taken with just natural sunlight. My 2 yr old daughter very rarely cooperates with me, and she was in a good mood today, so tried snapping a few. I shot in RAW with just open blinds against a blue backdrop (except one). The lighting seemed a little weird to me on them (really orange cast) so I tried adjusting some of them in PS.

oh , and I know that you can see ME in her eyes.. ugh. Didnt think about it until after the fact. I dont know any good way to clone it out.

I think the pictures could be a bit sharper. Cute pictures though.

I agree. Its hard to get sharp ones of her since she is constantly moving. I just used my 18-55 lens.

I have never seen a bad picture of someone under 8 or over 80....

True, but try using the USM to sharpen the picture. Unsharp mask (USM).

If you want I can show you what it can do?

Great shots of your daughter.

Here's an example of usm (along with some contrast & toning).

Hope you don't mind...


oh - and I cloned you out of her eyes ;O)
