? about Mpix proof books - DPChallenge Forums

does anyone order these? I'm confused on the print size.. it says if you use 4 per page, it prints 3.5x3.5....won't this give a funny crop to a 4x6 or 8x10 format? worried that this would not represent to photo....

or does it fit that format, within the 3.5 size?

I order these for my brides. THEY LOVE THEM. I get the big one, with 4 pics per page (usually around 200 pages). They are sized to fit the whole photo. Nothing is cropped in mine. Don't forget to upload a cover image :)

oh thank you......that is what I wanted to do, but was afraid it was going to crop the photo....

From a recent e-mail to MPix customer service asking essentially the same thing:

"All images in the proof portfolio are scaled to size. Example: Images which are 3:2 aspect ratio will fit within the 'square' format and be filled in with the back ground color so no cropping will occur to your image.
