If there are photo credits on the pictures, why not have you daughter email the photographer & ask if they could share the pictures for her project. Otherwise go to a low cost/no cost stock site and get them. Try looking thru here. |

did you want pictures of different types of carbohydrates or did you want the chemical structures of these?
If you are looking for chemical structures - i would focus your search by adding 'chemical structure' to the search string to get better hits. You will likely have trouble getting chemical structures that will be large enough to print very big - most of these structures are drawn to go in scientific literature and are not designed to be blown up very big.
A couple of links I would try include:
carbohydrates carbohydrates 1 carbohydrates 2
Lipids lipids 1 lipids 2
Chemical bonds: chemical bonds chemical bonds - wiki

It would be fun to build a few models with her. You could use clay and toothpicks, or styrofoam balls and straws.

Great idea - You can use the links I provided as templates and then have some fun building the models. Three dimensional models are better than two dimensional pictures.

I once toyed around with POV ray about 8 years ago (I know, I'm a geek, I was doing programming about 16 years old) |
