personally I like the 1st on better. the light behind the first arch (2nd shot) draws my eye there and not to teh main subject. Overall, both are high quality!

hello everyone, Im just starting photography, and im in need of a very good feedback on this shot here. When I saw the rest of the photos on this site, i got so insecure thinkin that I couldnt do any of these photos the rest of you guys did here. Theyre all soooo good, I wish to expand more on my skill, please help out!!Thank you. |

I like the first one the most, because of the reflections and the sweep of the path, leading up to the archways. The second one is competently done but doesn't do much for me.
I think either would be really enhanced with a person as a subject, particularly if they could be wearing something brightly coloured as a contrast/ focal point ? |

Mike, if this is a picture you've submitted into the current challenge, then people won't be able to see it until after the competition is finished - you could try asking for more feedback then though, if you don't get enough comments. |

I really like the first one. My immediate feeling when I looked at it was that I wanted to be there. That tells me something.
