People bitch when you don't comment, then they bitch when you do......what's one to do?
I will say that I try my best to see the good in an image....and work on that.
Sometimes though, it just is what it is.....I do try and spell it out if it doesn't work for me that it's an opinion.

So.....I'm hoping that this hangs in there as it'll make it to my profile page, and that's a good thing as it'll show growth in my photography!

This entry for me has received "almost" double the comments of any other image I've ever entered. I'm impressed by the "commenter" (new word!!) turnout.

But you would soon start bitching if nobody commented on your pictures - condescending or not. If you want ego-stroking comments only then maybe we should ask the SC to implement a tick-box so those who only want nice comments can receive them, thus not damaging your fragile little mind. |

Well crap, I was really hoping to get the Brown ribbon. I was close though. Better luck next time, eh?
Thanks to those who left helpful, useful comments! There's a difference between negative feedback and being tactful. Anal retentives clearly need to work on this. Don't take life so seriously, it's not permanent. |

I totally zoned out on the challenge title, and entered based on the description "3 or more humans" - 24 comments about how it wasn't a portrait (including one from a site council member) and bubbling around 4.1 to 4.3, it finally pulled out a bit to finish at 4.5146
Special congratulations to blue and red - what awesome shots!
