I really wanted to know if many of you thought my shot didn't meet the oops challenge or if it was technically flawed -- if so please tell me how. Maybe the subject was just too hard to spot?

Thanks for any time invested in helping out.

I think it's just that the parable of the vineyard isn't that well known. Also, the word "vinegar" was slightly cut off. After I saw this shot (which I gave a 5) I looked up the parable of the vineyard, and the vinegar thing became more amusing (wine left out too long turns to vinegar, etc.). But that doesn't change the photo.

I did not rate this one but would have wanted more space after vinegar so it was more obvious that the d was missing(y and g look pretty close in general) Also the text was very hard to read because of the damage in the book. It was a hard subject to get the opps idea across in. Because the opps is in the text that should have been easy to spot.

If the word "Vinegar" was more prominent in the piece it may have done better. I really didn't get it.

That's what happens with different races, cultures, religions, age, etc. Some photos may be obvious to most, but goes right over others' heads.

I liked it, I rated it 7. I didn't give it a higher vote because I would have liked the word "vinegar" to be more "visible", either by framing the shot differently or through lighting.

I quite liked this too. It's quite hard to tell it's been sepia toned, it looks naturally that colour.

Yeah I wanted it closer to a 1/3 but the bible was close to the glass and if you read how I took the picture I couldn't do too much about that and eliminate reflections whilst having the full title showing -- guess that was a big mistake then :(
Always insects to help me improve ( Lots of comments )-- looking forward to that result :) Doing well again ( >5 ).
