My wife is going in to the hospital to be induced in the morning so I'm submitting my day 26 as well....Lord willing I will have a subject for day 27. :)

 Bought these gourds, my husband said since I paid good money for them, I must use them for something good, so I photographed them. Here they are. I am not sure I like this. But time is short. Got to do my soft focus entry. |

 Our grandchildren released some helium balloons over our house. They had a great time doing it! I am still behind, gotta get cought up!

 I used an extension tube on my camera plus a soft focus filter. I actually like the b&w version better than the colored.  The rose is white. I have a hard time getting white flowers to be white when they photographed inside.

Day 26
 -- I normally don't photograph insects because I don't have a macro lens, but this thing was as big as a rat (or at least it seemed that way). |

 The center of a white rose. I used an extension tube and a soft focus filter. The rose is about to loose it's petals so the center stood out nicely. Wow! I am caught up! |
