How do you make a Copyright symbol.
I know it was a question here before, but I can't seem to find it.
I'm using photoshop 7.

Alt+0169
Hold down the Alt-key and type 0169 on the number pad.
©
Or copy and paste the one I just put in this message:)

Thanks you guys.
I would like your option. I am currently job hunting. I am thinking of sending thank you cards with one of my limited photos.
My best one of course, or at least in my eyes. Is this a good thing or not? |

And if you're on a Mac simply type option-G.
Another way for PC users: If you have Microsoft Word with the default AutoCorrect settings, it will make the symbol for you. Type (c) into Word and you'll get © in its place. Then you can copy and paste that anywhere. |

I had quite a problem searching out this old thread. Thought I'd bump it up for others who need to know. |

There are several ways to © on a Mac with the current OS (OS X Panther): option-g (as kostia pointed out already), but also by loading the character palette or the keyboard viewer from the menu bar, if you have customized your International preference pane.
Option-g is quick and dirty. Professional writers, editors usw. will find the Character Palette convenient. The keyboard viewer is great as a training aid for those intend on learning the shortcuts.
