Hi,
I bought a backpack style camera bag a while back when I purchased my SLR and I hate it. It's way too small and the 70-200 lens will not fit in it. I'm looking to buy a new bag that is very user friendly. Any suggestions?

The lowepro slingbag 200 is very nice.

How many lenses do you have? I have the lowepro 200AW and it will accommodate 2 lenses plus one attached to the camera. It has excellent access, you just slide it round to your front and the access is right there in front of you, you don't have to take it off.

I bought the Canon 200EG backpack and find it more than meets my needs.

Currently in my bag:
Canon Digital Rebel XTI with battery grip - and Sigma's 70-300mm lens attached
Kit lens, 50mm lens, extra battery cartridge for the grip, several filters, misc. crap.
And there's still room for another lens or flash.

I have four lenses all with hoods, filters, and a remote control.

Yeah.... Forget about thinking you will own just 1.

I have a Mountainsmith Quantum, a Burton Zoompack and most recently a Crumpler 7 Million Dollar (available in lotsa sizes).

The Crumpler is a great bag for a side hold. I would recommend the mountainsmith over the burton but they are slightly different.

I have the Lowepro Computrekker, and it holds all my stuff. My shoulder is the problem now...

Well when I broke my old camera bag I went on the hunt. I read through all these reviews on this bag:

//www.fredmiranda.com/reviews/showproduct.php?product=267&sort=7&cat=50&page=1

So I decided to buy it. Which can be had for $35.88 at Amazon.com

I bought 2 and it was well worth the purchase.

In mine I have My 30D witrh the Tamron attached. The 70-200mm, 85mm, Kit Lens, Sigma 18-50, 430EX and stil have room for a 10-22mm when I buy it.

This bag also has tripod straps and pocketsw everywhere. Just buy one you will love it.

The one that Rex posted is the one I have. Large and comfortable.

I have the Lowepro Nova 4 AW shoulder bag that holds my 350D, 70-200 f/4L, 28-75, 50mm, Sigma flash, and 50mm along with all the accessories I need with more than enough space for the 10-22 in there. I intend to add this one soon. It's probably too small for the 20D though.

The Tamrac Expedition Series are VERY comfortable, and their smaller outside pockets are very handy. I have the Expedition 7 with the optional large side pockets and I love it. Try going into a camera store that carries the good brands and try them all on to see how they feel. You might find one that fits you better. I went in with Lowepro in mind, but tried this one on and bought it right there, didn't even take it off. The smaller 5's still hold quite a bit and cheaper too.
