Actually, you need a "7+, no ribbon, and not even top ten" ribbon. :-)

What´s even more impressive is the fact that you apparently shot it with your cell phone camera and a Canon lens :)

It's hard to believe you never ribboned with shots (and scores) like them in your profile. With my highest score being 6.05 ish it doesn't bode well.
Great work on the picture though, only thing I can fault is that the details on the castle look a little soft. Could do with some more definition... but what do i know?
