I am not a great fan of bug shots, but his stuff is
abslutely stunning. Great posing, exquisite lighting, and everything else that is required for a fine portraiture!

Some of his don't please my eye at all, I think they look too "set up"... However the rest... WOW.

I LOVE those.. and here is my only bug picture from a guest who visited my house yesterday. I let him go after I took his picture...

Igor is too studio for me. Wonderful shots but not what I like, I like insects in their natural environment. Check this site, insect photography at its best, in the field.

That's cuz DPC is rarely photo related. ;-)

actually, I hate insects in their natural environment, especially mosquitoes, flies, and cockroaches :). Much prefer looking at the pictures...

Ha, glad someone posted a link to Mark Plonsky's work. He's my all-time favorite insect photog as well.
