I was watching one of those "real cop" shows the other night, where they show video of actual arrests, incidents, etc. I decided that there is a direct correlation between IQ and shirtless behavior. This guy reminds me of that.
Raise your hand if you don't have a shirt on right now. |

Yes, there is something wrong with him. It is called DRUGS. Alcohol, crack, you name it...whatever it is, he sure seems happy and confident. Too bad he has to wake up sometime.

| Looks like an experienced meth user to me. Very sad, but it's hard to not laugh when someone is slapping their ass with such glee. |

| The guy who has the biggest problem is the guy who filmed it and actually took the time to upload it. Probably thought a few people would get a kick out of it. Laughing at someone else's misfortune. What is this world coming to. |

At least he is bringing joy and laughter to the world. I still get a kick out of those that wear their underwear like that. What is up with the security guy lighting his smoke...lol that was hysterical.
If I ever win a ribbon there will be a very similar video out on the web.
Keep in mind that this is how I look all the time.

The ribbon comments sure made me laugh. IMO, drugs should be made stronger and more deadly. I think the IQ correlation is more with the underwear behaviour, with shirtless as a bonus. Darwin.

Sure makes me glad that drugs are punishable by death here in Taiwan, so I don't run into this sort very often at all unless I go back to Canada. |

It's really a shame this got posted. It's actually a film of a DPC SC test session. Each SC has to go through this before they're set free to rule DPC. It makes for less cheese. ;)

Seriously that guy wasn't on drugs. Did you notice how well he interacted with the Taxi driver? A meth addict would have been in the car with the guy. This was staged and the camera-person was in on it.
