Found this on the web as 'formulas' for emulating various black and white films via channel mixer. Red, Green and Blue channel values respectively:

Agfa 200X 18,41,41
Agfapan 25 25,39,36
Agfapan 100 21,40,39
Agfapan 400 20,41,39
Ilford Delta 100 21,42,37
Ilford Delta 400 22,42,36
Ilford Delta 400 Pro & 3200 31,36,33
Ilford FP4 28,41,31
Ilford HP5 23,37,40
Ilford Pan F 33,36,31
Ilford SFX 36,31,33
Ilford XP2 Super 21,42,37
Kodak Tmax 100 24,37,39
Kodak Tmax 400 27,36,37
Kodak Tri-X 25,35,40

Yeah I thought it was pretty nice. If you make them all once you can just save them and load them up on demand later.

some have a 4th value is that the constant?
ETA nevermind that first # i figured out is the name of the film...duh

All of them have 3. The first is the ISO of the films in the ones that have "4" :-)

What? No provia?

Try: Blue channel, select monochrome, set blue to 0, set red/green to 60 to start and adjust for highlights. Add contrast curves. say, WOW!

Sorry I didn't save the link. It was a pdf that turned up not too far into a google search for 'emulating 5d monochrome in photoshop' of all things... Same pdf talked about emulating color films as well.

Eh, regardless, the channel mixer technique that I put up is pretty neato.

Neopan I guess would have been the correct Fuji equivalent.

It's interesting to note that channel mixer works a little differently when you choose monochrome depending on what channel you start in, anyways.

I thought it was just me ... I didn't see any difference either ... but then again, I've been drinking so it could easily be my eyesight!!

The differences are subtle but there. Try clicking on 1 4 8 then 12 and watch the right side of the face.

if you look at the numbers, the difference is very small from film to film. Pretty subtle differences.

I went with the IllfordXP2 myself for this photo.

Alienskin Exposure allows you to do the same thing, but also takes into account the grain factor.
