With today's shot, and the feedback I've been getting, I suddenly realize how lucky I am that this area is rife with beautiful old structures left over from the days when real craftsmen took pride in their building skills and left their mark on the world with their talent and design....and that it was an ordinary thing. I'm really grateful that this project has allowed me the opportunity too share some of this beauty with you. Thanks, guys!

I plan to have a looong busy day so I got up early to be able to shoot, and submit today. I could have done it a more interesting way probably, but it's 5 am and I'm still waiting on my coffee to steep... |

OK, I am way, way, way, way, way behind (I have only submitted 1 pic so far). I have commented on more than that, but not as many as I have wanted. I am catching up today!! I will go out and take some shots, but these are ones that I had taken before and didn't have the time to upload. (I have more too, just need to process them).

It's been really hot here & my computer keeps popping off. I will start commenting today. Yesterday I went to como zoo. Midday. lol, couldn't talk my companions into getting up early! This is the first one I've processed. Does the light look somewhat realistic? For anyone that is interested in the book I've been using lately for pp techniques, it's "Welcome to Oz" by Vincent Versace.

It'll be fun and it will also afford me another place to get feedback on my window obsession. I have no intention of leaving here, and since I always have other things in the same batches as my windows, I'll post different Ordinary Things for a change.

You may be reading this and saying, Day 14? whoa you are way behind. Yes I am now 3 days behind. I have school to blame though..........and the tv.........and sleeping in..........and ........okay I'm just being lazy. I'm going to shoot 4 tomorrow. Hopefully I can do something creative cause I don't have any more locks to put the keys in.
